
Bill Overton is responsible to the Boards of Directors for all functions of the Master and Village Associations. He also supervises the HOA staff as it carries out its ongoing efforts. Bruce Spilka is responsible for supervising the maintenance of Desert Mountain's common areas and roadways. Bruce works closely with DLC Resources, Desert Mountain's landscape contractor, coordinating all common area maintenance. Bruce is also a key figure in many committee meetings, as his vast experience at Desert Mountain lends valuable information in setting some of the decisions made by the committees. You'll also find Bruce doing property inspections and notices of noncompliance with the association documents. Please feel free to call Bruce with any operational questions or issues you may have.
 Bill Fultz is responsible for patrol, access control, safety and risk management services. He was instrumental in the installation of the transponder access system, is actively involved in the implementation of the emergency evacuation plan for the community and oversees the patrol and gate access contract with Anderson Security Agency. Please contact Bill with questions about gate or patrol staff, or concerns about community safety.
 Karen Angelo is responsible for resident communications, including the HOA website, the HOA community magazine, The Desert Mountain Connection, email blasts, and other forms of communication. Please contact Karen if you would like to be placed on the HOA's email list to receive the latest updates and news that affects homeowners in Desert Mountain.
 Kathi Marschall is responsible for administratively supporting the Master Board of Directors, all Village Boards, all Master Association Committees, and the Community Manager.

Sharon Hebert pays the bills and performs all of the accounting functions needed to run the HOA office. She processes account payables/receivables and distributes financial reports for the Master Association and thirteen incorporated villages.
 Trisha Ritchey assists in the areas of Community Safety and Operations. She also provides administrative support in the HOA office.
 Theresa Beall is the administrative assistant for the Design Review Director. She provides support by fielding calls, scheduling appointments and attending Design Review Committee meetings.
 Casey White, our Receptionist and "Director of First Impressions," greets homeowners, contractors and vendors. She also orientates new owners, enters and tracks violations and renews and tracks eGo tags in the gate system.
All management staff members are hired, trained and supervised by CCMC, the Desert Mountain HOA's property management company.
