As many of you are aware, there have been some changes in the options for paying your association assessments. Here is a summary of the payment options available.

Online Options:
To take advantage of the online payments, you must have access to a computer and have an email address.  Sign on to www.ccmcnet.com and click on the Pay Online option.

You can pay online by credit card (MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or by e-check.  Your online payments can be one-time only or you can sign up for recurring payments. Online payments are handled through Smartstreet Bank and are subject to its terms, which are subject to change. There is a $5 charge for all credit card payments. Online e-check payments are free.

Payment by Check:
You can pay by sending a check made payable to Desert Mountain Master Association (DMMA), along with the tear off coupon at the bottom of your statement, in the envelope provided.  Your payment will go to a lockbox processing center to be deposited directly to your Desert Mountain's bank account and will be posted electronically.  We recommend that you send your payment at least 10 days ahead of the due date to avoid being late.

If you have misplaced your statement, you can still mail your check to the processing center - please make sure your account number is on the check. If paying for more than one account, write all account numbers on the check. Payments should be made payable to Desert Mountain Master Association (DMMA) and sent to:

Any payments that cannot be processed automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an electronic check transaction. 

Automatic Debit (Surepay):
You can have your payment automatically debited from your checking or savings account.  This is a free service offered by CCMC.  If you would like to sign up, please contact our office for the form at 480-595-4220 or download this Surepay Form , fill it out and mail it with a cancelled check as directed. You must be signed up at least 30 days ahead of the payment due date to use this method for the current payment period.
